Willow Print Craft provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, and production of approved print work. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity, and we may decline or pause work where the submitted file is not suitable for production.
Prices, if provided, are based on print size, paper choice, and quantity, and test prints may be charged separately. We may request payment by the methods made available at the time of order, and no work will proceed beyond the agreed stage unless the required payment has been received or otherwise confirmed.

Any estimate for production or collection is provided in good faith only and may change if files, materials, quantities, or studio conditions change. We do not guarantee rush handling, exact production dates, or the availability of any specific paper or finish until the order has been confirmed.

Our file-preflight review is limited to the agreed technical scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless expressly agreed in writing.
